132 KV Udhampur-Kishtwar Electricity Line Fault Traced Near Joshana Grid Drabshalla, Kishtwar.
A major power outage has affected Kishtwar since 4:00 PM yesterday due to a fault in the 32 KV transmission line connecting Udhampur and Kishtwar. According to senior officials, the fault has now been successfully traced near the Joshana Grid in the Drabshalla area. A technical team from the concerned department has already reached the site and is actively carrying out repair work. Authorities have assured residents that electricity supply is expected to be restored within the next 2–3 hours today. Efforts are being made on a priority basis to normalize the situation and minimize inconvenience to the public.
